The event will focus on insights from Norway and Japan, with a particular emphasis on the challenges and opportunities that exist within these countries:
The agenda for the event will include a discussion of the current status of D&I in the tech sector in Norway and Japan, with a focus on the types of diversity that are highest on the agenda.
Participants from Code Chrysalis (Yan Fan) and NIH (Niklas Karvonen) members in Japan will share their perspectives on D&I in Japan, with contributions from Social Innovation Japan represented by Mariko McTier, as well as Fermata represented by Mari Murakami.
The event will also explore the key challenges and patterns within D&I in the tech sector, with a focus on the measures that are being implemented by private companies in Norway and Japan.
